Sushi 91 is an oriental fusion food restaurant with 5 years of experience, we opened our doors to the public for the first time on June 22, 2015 and since then our focus has been to offer the best products and provide the best service.
The name of our restaurant comes from the date of birth of our owner and Chef Antonio, and that is why he seeks to take care of all the little details to put the best on the table.
The chef himself is the one who purchases the fish in Mercamadrid at least three days a week, taking into account its reduced hours (2:30 to 5:00 - 7:00).
Likewise, we guarantee the optimal care of the product, so we freeze all the fish at a temperature of - 40 ° to - 60 °, for a minimum of 36 to 48 hours.
In our menu you can find hot and cold dishes.
We also have a gluten-free offer and a gluten-free sauce so that everyone can come and eat!
The size of our Sushi is larger than normal and contains more fish than rice!
All our sauces are prepared by our Chef Antonio, so you wont find them anywhere else.
Keep in mind that our dishes are always fresh, we prepare them when you place your order ...
so it may take a little time, but we dont want to lower the quality.
